How much is delivery?

Delivery is free for the UK. We have some upgraded services available. You can view our full delivery service information here.

I received the incorrect phone model, what next?

If the phone case model you received is different to that on your original order, we will happily exchange the case for the correct model at our expense.

If you ordered the incorrect phone model case, we will happily exchange it for you but the original order will be cancelled and you will be required to re-order the correct case model. This applies to any orders where the phone case you received is the same model that is on your order.

In some instances, customers order the incorrect model by accident. This can occur when searching for phone models and selecting a "Plus" version of the phone model or a different variation to the model you own. Unfortunately, we don't know what phone model you have, the onus is on the customer to order the correct phone case for the model they own.

 

How do I return an item?

How do I find out which phone I have?

We have created a guide to help you identify the correct phone model you have. This is important to understand as some phone models have similar names but are different in size such as the Galaxy S9 vs Galaxy S9 Plus.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major debit & credit cards. These are securely processed using Stripe. We also accept PayPal.

What is your returns policy?

Can I track the status of my order?

Tracking the status of your order is simple. If you opted to create an account when you originally purchased your item(s), you will be able to view and manage the status of your orders from your account dashboard. To access this, click the button below.

If you checked out as a guest, you would have received a confirmation email with all the details for your order. We will also send out updates on order processing and dispatch as your order progresses.

Can I request an invoice?

If you require an invoice for your order, simply get in touch. Click the button below to send us a message. Please include your original order number and as many details as possible.
