Hi. Thank you for the case, which I picked up yesterday from the drop off point. I only collected it yesterday, because I was not informed about the whereabouts of said package. The option on the E mail to track the package did not work, and repeated 'phone calls to 01923 901259,( customer services I believe ), resulted in me getting a recorded message stating that there was no one there, but to leave a message and 'phone number, and someone would get back to me. That did not happen, and still hasn't! I have the package now, so it doesn't really matter any more, but I thought you may like to understand this particular situation. The product, itself, is excellent.
